Thanks for your interest in Puritans, Plagues, and Promises! I'll keep you in the loop on its progress and appreciate hearing from you. Here's an early update on the survey questions I sent out earlier this week. So far, the results with 44% of those who have reserved copies responding are:

Book formats - hardcover 43%; softcover 43%; eBook 14%.

E mail or video reminders - it was nearly unanimous in favor of e mail updates.

I still want to hear from anyone who hasn't yet sent in their preferences. It will help me immensely prepare for printing. By the way, the hardcovers will be available as a limited edition.
