The book is ready for printing! If you have already reserved copies, you should have received an email or text confirmation. If you haven't yet replied, did not receive a confirmation, or want to add to your order, ACT NOW. Provide your name, the total number of copies you want, and confirm your USA mailing address. Each Limited First Edition copy will be numbered and autographed. Your numbered copy is determined by when your payment is received.

Once the proof copy is approved, printing should be done within 10 days. Then, it'll be up to the US Postal Service for delivery. I'm excited to get the book printed and in your hands.
