Once the proof copy is approved, printing should be done within 10 days. Then, it'll be mailed by USPS. Each copy is $23.99. If you are a California resident, sales tax is 8.75% or $2.10 = $26.09 for 1 copy. 

For out of state sales, no sales tax is collected. S&H is based on the number of copies mailed to 1 USA address. Make sure to add S/H $ to the $ for the # of copies.💥
